Regulations for the “Comércio Fora do Sítio” Draw Conditions for participation and prize allocation

Article 1
(Eligible Participants)

  1. All users registered in the digital itinerary available on the website https://comercioforadositio.porto.pt/ and who have checked in by scanning the QR codes available in the establishments in at least one pair of paired shops are eligible for the draw.
  2. Registration and check-in must be carried out during the initiative period, from 26 August to 25 September 2024.
  3. After validation of the QR codes in the windows of at least two paired establishments, a digital participation ticket is generated with an alphanumeric code, up to a maximum of 8 tickets per registered account, which will be included in the draw to be held on the date defined in Article 4.
 

Article 2
(Prizes)

  1. Each registered user is eligible, for each digital participation ticket, for the following prizes:
  • Individual digital ticket for entry to the Municipal Museum Network museums (total tickets to be drawn: 100);
  • “Gift” digital voucher from the Municipal Theatre of Porto (total vouchers to be drawn: 20);
  • Digital ticket for entry to the Water Pavilion (total tickets to be drawn: 100);
  • Digital ticket for entry to the Clérigos Tower and Museum (total tickets to be drawn: 20);
  • “Serralves” digital ticket (total tickets to be drawn: 1);
  • Digital ticket for the “Porto Bridge Climb” activity (total tickets to be drawn: 2);
  • Digital ticket for the “Porto 360 Visit” activity (total tickets to be drawn: 2);
  • Primavera Sound Porto 2025 General Pass ticket (total tickets to be drawn: 1);
  • Primavera Sound Porto 2025 Day Pass ticket (total tickets to be drawn: 3).
 

Article 3
(Registration)

  1. Eligibility for the draw is automatic, after registration in the digital itinerary at https://comercioforadositio.porto.pt/ and scanning the QR codes available in the establishments in at least one pair of paired shops.
  2. For each validated pair of windows, an alphanumeric participation code is generated, up to a maximum of 8 participation codes per registered account, which will be entered into the draw on the date defined in Article 4.
  3. Registration and check-ins must be carried out between 26 August and 25 September 2024.
 

Article 4
(Date of the draw)

The draw will take place on 3 October 2024.

Article 5
(Method of conducting the draw)

  1. The draw will take place on the Comércio Fora do Sítio website, using a dedicated module that randomly and automatically selects 249 alphanumeric codes from the digital participation tickets generated during the period referred to in Article 3, paragraph 3.
  2. The software application with the draw algorithm fully complies with the rules mentioned in the previous paragraph, as stated in the attached declaration.
 

Article 6
(Publication of results)

  1. The draw results will be published on the Comércio Fora do Sítio website: https://comercioforadositio.porto.pt/, in the “Draw” area, with the winning registration numbers disclosed.
  2. The winners will be notified via SMS and email provided during registration on the website.
 

Article 7
(Use of the prize)

  1. The winners will receive their prize in digital format, with a reference to the conditions and expiry date of use.
