The Municipality of Porto, through the Department of Finance, Economic Activities and Fiscalisation, has launched the website Comércio Fora do Sítio;
Through registration and the data inserted, the user can access and participate in the initiative, qualifying for offers / gifts, to the limit of existing stock;
The Municipality of Porto guarantees the right to the protection of personal data collected, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) and other applicable legislation;
The processing of such data by the Municipality of Porto aims to evaluate the participation in the initiative and will be carried out by the Municipal Commerce Division with the responsibility of Commerce and Services and by the organic units under its authority;
These data are necessary and essential to the intended analysis and for the electronic contacts;
All data provided will be treated confidentially by all parties involved and in accordance with the data protection legislation in force.
The user has the right to access, rectify, oppose, eliminate, and limit his personal data, which can be exercised through the Chief Officer of Corporate Data Protection of the Municipality of Porto
